Storytime Aims Storytime Method – 

Storytime uses an acquisition-based methodology by implementing authentic stories and storybooks into every lesson. Using carefully selected stories that are mainly written for children whose mother tongue is English, Storytime is able to create an acquisition rich environment that is natural and holistic. The Storytime method is not just about storytelling however, as all lessons are interactive and include activities that engage a variety of learning styles and multiple intelligences. 

Quite simply, stories are magically entertaining to the imagination and fun to listen to. But in addition to simply being fun, there are many pedagogical advantages to using stories in language teaching. Below are some of my personal observations of the benefits of using stories in the language learning classroom.
